The US-based Dow Corning, a global leader in silicones, silicon-based technology and innovation, is expanding its India operations. Last month, in partnership with its distributor Silicon Concepts, the company opened SAHAYOG Building Solutions Centre in New Delhi.
Dedicated to providing technical support and customer service, SAHAYOG will enable specialists to collaborate with construction industry professionals, and provide them comprehensive project support, technical training and hands-on skill-building workshops. Its primary focus will be on the performance, safety and durability of buildings constructed using Dow Corning silicone materials in a range of everyday and specialist applications in new and renovation projects.
Speaking on the occasion, Dow Corning’s global HPB marketing director Jean-Paul Hautekeer said, “Our mission is to provide our customers with leading innovation and best-in-class services to ensure that their experience is remarkable. We are very excited about the latest Solutions Centre launch in Delhi and look forward to a long-term association with our stakeholders in this market.” He further shared that in addition to showcasing the company’s range of high performance building solutions, the centre will also provide access to Dow Corning’s Quality Bond programme.
