The company has forged an alliance with Italy’s IVM Chemicals and set up a new Wood Art division. Under this division, this partnership will promote and market Nippon Paint’s existing wood coating products based on Japanese technology, as well as IVM Chemicals’ leading international brands Milesi, Ilva and Croma Lacke.

Further, the company has plans for setting up two experience centres for wood coatings, one each in Mumbai and Delhi. “We are beginning with west and north. We have 24 depots operational. We are setting up the experience centre cum service centre in Mumbai by this Diwali and will set another up in Delhi later. These centres will support sampling, colour tinting, training and other techno commercial services to clients.” The company has plans to open such experience centres across the country later on.
“To complete the experience, value added services will be extended on mobile apps as well as the company website to offer convenience and comfort to community partners as well as customers.
