With Kent Experience Zone, the company seeks to establish a dialogue with new-age modern customers
RO purifier maker Kent RO Systems has launched its first Kent Experience Zone in Delhi-NCR. Housed in the premium DLF Mall of India, the experience zone showcases Kent RO’s complete product line, from water purifiers and air purifiers to smart chef range of innovative kitchen appliances.
The aim of setting up such an experience zone is to offer users a more convenient way to physically experience and understand the products. This step, the company hopes, will further help the brand establish a direct connect with consumers and introduce them to the extended portfolio of Kent products where they can enquire, see and understand the innovation behind the brand and products.
Kent RO is planning to launch multiple experience zones across India and overseas markets. While inaugurating the first Kent RO Experience Zone, company chairman Dr Mahesh Gupta said, “Today’s customers are evolving and becoming more involved towards the product they are buying. Hence this is a great way to establish dialogues with these new-age modern customers. The experience centre will also educate the consumers about water contamination and how the Kent Experience Zone can help them lead a comparative healthy life.”
