Delhi-based Kolf International has recently concluded a dealer meet at Nasik, Maharashtra. More than 200 dealers of Safex brand from Nasik and adjoining areas attended the meet. The objective of the meet was to present before channel partners the future goals of the company, and also to obtain feedback from them regarding product quality, range, pricing and marketing initiatives. “It’s a regular practice for us to engage with our partners, take their feedback, motivate them and recognise them for their outstanding contributions in the success of Safex,” shared the company’s managing director Rishi Gupta.
Kolf used this platform to reiterate the company’s stated business objectives and introduce new products. It launched two new products – power spring and semi-automatic glass/wooden sliding fitting with Synchro. The power spring is UL, CE and EN1154 certified. The company markets a wide range of architectural and glass hardware fittings, door hardware, door closing devices, sliding/folding systems, panic exit devices, balustrades, and electronic safes under the SAFEX brand.
“The response from our channel partners was very positive,” said Gupta, informing that a majority of dealers opted for large spot orders. Encouraged by the success of the meet in Nasik, Gupta is working on a new scheme to benefit channel partners. “Besides new schemes, we are planning an international tour for our dealers,” he shared, explaining that the criteria for participation in the tour will be business output.
