“With education being a key focus area, the built environment community is more equipped than ever to make sustainable buildings and environments accessible to everyone,” says Lindsay Roberts, Greenbuild group director at Informa Exhibitions.
According to Informa Exhibitions and USGBC, the 2018 edition of this show saw 15,373 attendees representing 91 countries, 350 exhibiting companies, and 251 local volunteers.
“Green building is about creating a better life for everyone and providing equal access to safe, healthy and sustainable environments,” remarks Kate Hurst, SVP of Conferences and Events, USGBC. “We celebrate this notion at Greenbuild every year as we grow the industry’s green building knowledge and shared expertise while scaling the breadth and reach of global market transformation for the built environment,” he adds.
“The best thing about Greenbuild is the connections and diversity of the people we come in contact with – from architects and engineers to developers and other decision-makers. It’s just a great cross-section of people who can benefit from our product,” says an exhibitor at Greenbuild 2018.
