Fast-moving Electrical Goods (FMEG) major Havells India Ltd has launched the two instantaneous electric water heaters: Opal and Renato. The 3-litre water heaters come with a compact design for varied residential applications.

The energy-saving new products come at a price range of Rs 2990 onwards and will be available across Havells brand shops, offline dealer stores as well as on Havells e-store across the country.

“We are delighted to launch our new range of water heaters Opal and Renato, which is aligned with our philosophy of ‘Making a difference’. To cater to the ever-evolving consumer preferences, our new range of water heaters is a blend of elegant design, advanced technology, safety, and convenience,” Ravindra Singh Negi, president for the company’s electrical consumer durables said in a press release.

According to Negi, the new water heaters comes with rust and shock-proof ABS outer body to ensure long-life, besides equipped with an extra thick SS inner tank of “superior” 304 L grade. It also has a fire-retardant power cord to offer “maximum” safety of its users. The new range ensures “quicker” water heating and has twin indicator lamp to know when the water is hot enough for use.

The Opal and Renato water heaters are available in white, ivory, white blue and ivory maroon colours. They come with a five-year warranty on the inner container and a two-year comprehensive warranty, he added.
