Surender Gnanaolivu is a retail experience design curator. He has over 2 decades of experience in retail strategy, store design, space planning, retail marketing, CRM, visual merchandising, retail audit, coaching, data analytics, project management and content development .
He has held senior positions at leading retailers and brands including Shoppers Stop, Reliance Retail and Mahindra Retail.
Currently Surender is Lead for Strategy & Development at 4Dimensions Retail Design, and Advisor to In-store Asia and VM&RD Retail Design Awards. He is a regular contributor to books and magazines on retail, and design and management schools.
