His key responsibilities include driving long-term sustainable and profitable growth for the
advisory & valuations business, along with developing the business’s short-term and long-term strategy. He is also focused on continuously enhancing ANAROCK’s service offerings to clients and
ensuring maximum market penetration.
Gaurav has experience in working with multinational corporates, institutional investors, banks, operators and developers on projects across the country. His expertise includes Best Use Option & Feasibility assessment, Portfolio Planning & Rationalisation strategy, Real Estate Valuations, Strategic Marketing Advisory, Location Consulting, Bid Process Management & Transaction Structuring and Government Advisory covering sectors of retail, residential, hospitality, commercial, industrial, transport, tourism and urban infrastructure.
In his professional realm, Gaurav has coordinated multiple advisory assignments customised to provide value solutions based on client’s objectives. He has conducted multiple valuation assignments for various typologies of projects and properties of varying sizes, ranging from a single land parcel, to built-up properties, and portfolios ranging between 20 to 100 properties.
Gaurav’s career spans 23 years of multidisciplinary research, consulting, and transaction experience in real estate services. He is an alumnus of Sushant School of Art and Architecture (B. Arch), New Delhi and Center for Environmental Planning and Technology, CEPT, (Masters in Urban and Regional Planning) Ahmedabad. He is a member of Council of Architecture, Indian Institute of Town Planners and Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
