EasyFix to Provide After Sales Service for Hafele Sanitaryware
Gurgaon-based maintenance and repair service provider EasyFix has tied up with German architectural hardware, fittings and sanitaryware major Hafele to provide after-sale plumbing service for the latter’s bath fittings range. Hafele conducted a small pilot in three metros for a month before extending the service to 11 cities.
As part of this liaison, EasyFix would be assisting Hafele’s customers with repair and maintenance-based support for the brand’s sanitaryware range that includes wash basins, urinals, western commodes, etc. As per the arrangement, a Hafele trained and EasyFix certified technician will ensure that the customers get hassle-free after sales service. The programme is scheduled to start from April this year.
