Hindware Smart Appliances Store Opens in Delhi

Hindware Smart Appliances Store opens in Delhi, expanding retail presence with an experience centre for premium kitchen and home solutions. The Kotla Mubarakpur outlet in South Delhi is the company’s sixth exclusive brand store in the NCR, reinforcing its strategy of building visibility in one of India’s most competitive and fast‑evolving consumer markets. In the latest fiscal year (FY 2024–25), Hindware Home Innovation Ltd recorded a consolidated turnover of approximately ₹2,523 crore.

Digging deeper into the appliances segment, the Q1 of FY 2025–26 alone reported operating revenue of ₹531.16 crore, with the consumer appliances division (Hindware Smart Appliances) contributing around ₹71.96 crore.

The store was inaugurated by Neeraj Basoya, MLA – Kasturba Marg, and is designed as an experience centre where customers can interact with appliances in a showroom environment before making purchase decisions. The store showcases chimneys, built‑in hobs, cooktops, microwave ovens, and water heaters.

Delhi as a Growth Market
Delhi NCR continues to emerge as a hub for premium kitchen and home appliances, driven by rapid urbanisation and the rise of new residential projects. Consumers are increasingly demanding design-oriented and technology-enabled solutions. Hindware’s move to expand its branded Hindware Smart Appliances store network aligns with the broader strategy of focusing on immersive, experience-driven retail as a differentiator. The growth is supported by the overall company’s healthy turnover and the momentum in its appliances division.

The Kotla Mubarakpur store is not just a sales outlet—it’s an engagement point. Customers are encouraged to explore products hands-on and seek expert advice for customised kitchen solutions. Choudhary said that backed by a turnover exceeding ₹2,500 crore and strong performance from the appliances segment, the move underscores Hindware brand’s confidence in its product capabilities and retail strategy.

This expansion comes amid intensified competition in India’s premium kitchen appliances sector. Rising household incomes and lifestyle upgrades are pushing brands toward innovation and high-visibility retail formats. Hindware’s financial performance and dedicated investments in exclusive stores strengthen its positioning relative to peers.

Beyond appliances, the company also serves the building products market through sanitaryware, faucets, plastic piping, and premium tiles—anchoring a diversified portfolio across consumer and building solutions.

Outlook
With modular kitchens and integrated appliances fast gaining traction, Delhi NCR remains a strategic target for appliance players. Hindware’s investment in exclusive Hindware Smart Appliances branded stores—supported by solid turnover and growing appliances revenues—reflects its belief in experiential retail’s role in sustaining growth.
