The B2B trade fair for ceramic raw materials, ceramic machinery & ceramic technologies – Indian Ceramics Asia 2020 – is gearing up for its 15th edition. To be held at Gandhinagar from March 3-5, the show will also feature a finished goods segment for the first time, Ceramica. Indian Ceramics Asia aims to represent the rapidly evolving ceramics industry, estimated to grow at 9% CAGR to become a €7.5 billion sector by 2022.
Organised jointly by Messe Munchen GmbH and Unifair Exhibition Service, the show presents the entire gamut of the ceramics infrastructure from raw materials, to parts and machinery, to high-end finished goods. The complete supply chain of the ceramic world is present at this highly specialised event.
By adding the new segment Ceramica, the organisers intend to provide a comprehensive showcase to a global audience. “The main intention behind the launch of Ceramica is to drive holistic growth of the ceramic industry by hosting home-grown manufacturers and showcasing their goods and services to the international market,” stated Bhupinder Singh, CEO of Messe Muenchen India and Ken Wong, general manager of Unifair Exhibition Service Co Ltd.
Ceramica will showcase a wide range of ceramic tiles, sanitaryware, tableware and decorative items, manufactured locally and internationally. The new segment will also bring in international buyers and facilitate favourable opportunities to network and build business alliances.
