Shanghai Intelligent Building Technology (SIBT), to be held during 3–5 September at Shanghai New International Expo Centre, is an important trade platform for China’s intelligent building industry. Its organisers have collaborated with the Intelligent Engineering Branch of China Exploration and Design Association to present innovative, intelligent building technologies and solutions.
“SIBT is an important channel and an efficient platform for us to explore the Chinese market and promote our brand. The exhibition will cover critical areas such as AI, IoT, big data, smart offices, smart parking, home security, HVAC, building energy efficiency, cloud computing, energy management systems, smart cities and intelligent hotels, and have educational seminars on emerging concepts for sustainable buildings. Held concurrently with Shanghai Smart Home Technology (SSHT), SIBT 2018 was spread over 23,000 sqm. It hosted more than 270 exhibitors and over 29,000 professional buyers. “It is our first choice for domestic exhibitions. This year the buyers have been very professional, and visitor traffic has met our expectations,” says Ben Young, marketing director, HDL Guangzhou HDL Co Ltd.
