Indiawood has emerged as one of the world’s leading exhibitions for the furniture manufacturing and woodworking industry. It is part of the Indiawood-Delhiwood-Mumbaiwood triad, now owned by NuernbergMesse India. The 11th edition of this show will be held during February 27-March 2 in 2020 at the BIEC, Bengaluru.
In 2018, this show had drawn 867 exhibitors from 35 countries and had been visited by 70,356 visitors from 59 countries. The organisers expect that the next edition will better these figures, given the continuing innovation in technology, services and products that helps in making businesses more profitable and sustainable. It is expected that smart manufacturing will drive the woodworking and processing industry towards greater efficiencies, thereby attracting new investments.
For this reason, Indiawood will continue to be the fulcrum of growth for the Indian woodworking and furniture industry, despite the prevailing challenging economic climate. Visitors to the show will get a comprehensive overview of available technological innovations and manufacturing trends in furniture manufacturing, woodworking technologies, tools, fittings, accessories and raw materials.
As before, the show will feature live demonstrations and product launches from innovators and market leaders. Due to its broad and comprehensive exhibited product mix, it will also be the sourcing platform for furniture manufacturers, wood-based handicraft manufacturers, saw millers, carpenters, craftsmen, architects and interior designers from across India.
NuernbergMesse India will be organising the show in cooperation with PDA Trade Fairs and supported from Eumabois.
