Austrian furniture fittings major Blum has opened its Inspiration Centre in New Delhi. The store, a first for Blum India, was inaugurated at the end of November by managing director Nadeem Patni and store owner Raghav Khandelwal. Also present were Khandelwalās business associates Neetii Maacker and Gautam Macker. Ā
Studio Ethos, as the flagship inspiration centre is called, aims to raise the bar for customer experience when it comes to designing and ordering kitchens and wardrobes.
While presenting the new store to design professionals and channel partners, Patni said, āIt’s a matter of great pride for us to open Indiaās first Blum Inspiration Centre in the national capital in collaboration with our trusted partner, Studio Ethos. We want to assure interior designers, architects, and anyone interested in home design that this flagship store will break new ground in customer experience.ā
The ground level of the 2,000-sft store features kitchen layouts including island, straight with pocket door, parallel, and C-shape on the ground level. The upper level displays Blumās wide product range including lift systems, hinges, drawer systems, and the newlyĀ launchedĀ REVEGO pocket door system. Ā
Patni also highlighted the Kitchen Test Drive, a Blum innovation in experiential retail, that lets users test different kitchen layouts with movable modules right in the store. āOur designers have developed an interactive space for store visitors, where they can experience innovative furniture fittings and inspiring design ideas that can elevate the quality of living.”
