Ahmedabad’s Equus Enterprises LLP, a multi-product marketing firm that offers food waste disposers, kitchen sinks, purifiers, cold & hot dispensers, and faucets, is aiming to augment its distribution network in “11 fastest growing cities” of the country.
Confirms the company’s CEO Babulal Yadav. “We have been able to establish a deep distribution network in Gujarat. Now, we want to spread our wings by going national. We will appoint dealers and distributors in the 11 fastest growing cities of India, including Mumbai, Hyderabad, Surat, Rajkot, Pune, Nagpur, Vijayawada, Bengaluru, Chennai, Tiruppur, and Tiruchirappalli.” According to Yadav, the company aims to appoint 50-60 dealers and 3-4 distributors covering these cities.
Beginning its operations in 2016 by rolling out Insinkerator food waste disposer from American Emerson Group, it started marketing Pure Pro water purifiers from the US. “Later, the company unveiled eight-stage water purifiers with antioxidant alkaline and ionised water. Equus also markets 3-in-1 faucets, besides hot water dispensers to go in conjunction with these faucets for providing hot and cold water in the kitchen sink.” Keeping in mind the latest trends in kitchen design, he adds, the company has selected all products for under-the-counter (UTC) as well as over-the-counter (OTC) installation.
Discussing channel partner support, Yadav informs that the company will provide POP display, product demonstration, and training to staff of dealers. Equus Enterprises also offers customer-care support for end-users.
