imm cologne 2025 is taking a time-out in January. After intensive discussions Koelnmesse, the Association of the German Furniture Industry (VDM) and the Furniture and Kitchens Trade Association (BVDM) have decided to cancel the trade fair next year. The current challenges in the furniture industry, above all the difficult, economic framework conditions in Germany, are the reason for this move.

Future-oriented trade fair concepts already in progress
To continue satisfying the needs of the furniture industry, we are already working intensively on a new format that takes the changed demands of the exhibitors and visitors into account. The past years have made it clear that the demands in trade fairs have changed significantly – we are ready to actively find innovative solutions for these developments together with the industry.
