Neetii Maacker is Chief of Operations and Strategy at furniture e-commerce start-up InnoDesigns.
Neetii is an alumnus of FORE School of Management and Columbia Business School, and has done a certificate course in Creating Sustainable Enterprises from IIM Bangalore. Following her online education in interior design from Australia, she embarked on the modular kitchen business in 1998 and later began to take up complete home transformation assignments.
She has been conferred with the All India Woman Entrepreneur – Achiever Award 2020 by Delhi Management Association; and Entrepreneur of the Year and Business of the Year Awards in 2017. She was also felicitated at Contract and Commercial Design, and her work showcased on the Design Wall in 2018.
An international speaker, certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, design thinking practitioner and international coach, she conducts ‘train the trainer’ workshops in design thinking for large corporates, and works with various communities globally to build strategies for service and product design.
She has been appointed Mentor of Change by Atal Innovation Mission, Government of India, where she guides young tech-backed start-ups.
