REHAU volunteers beautify Astitva Pratishthan’s primary school for the underprivileged in Saswad, located southeast of Pune. Besides whitewashing the classroom interiors, they paint the Solar System on a wall, while the children create the Peepal tree on another.
The volunteers also plant saplings of guavas, pomegranates and figs on the school premises, and guide the children to take responsibility for nurturing them.
