Weatherseal Opens Experiential Store in Hyderabad, to Offer Franchises

Bengaluru-based uPVC doors and windows maker Weatherseal has set up an experiential store in Hyderabad. Located in Kingston Heights on Banjara Hills Road No 2, the 1,200-sft store will cater to B2B as well as B2C customers, and help them explore design possibilities with uPVC.

“The Indian uPVC doors and windows market is expected to grow at a CAGR of 7% annually. We have been growing more than 100% every year. Hyderabad is quite a lucrative market and our immediate target is to achieve three lakh sft of window installations this year,” remarked Harish Munireddy, founder and CEO of Weatherseal. He informed that his company has installed more than 1,80,000 windows till date and is trusted by leading builders and architects.

According to Munireddy, growth in residential development and the Smart Cities programme has spurred demand for uPVC doors and windows. “We believe that this is also a more sustainable choice, as uPVc doors and windows are unlikely to be affected by climate change over longer periods of time.”

Weatherseal has expanded its operations across districts of Karnataka, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh and Tamil Nadu, and will shortly offer franchises to achieve country wide presence. The company is associated with leading component brands including Deceuninck, Siegenia, Wurth and Saint-Gobain. It is also a vendor to developers such as Prestige, Brigade Group, SNN Builders and Shriram Builders.Its state-of-art manufacturing facility has a capacity to produce over 250 windows a day. ')}
