Kohler Unveils Bengaluru Experience Centre, Third in India

Global bath and kitchen solutions leader Kohler has launched its third experience centre in India, at Bengaluru. The launch coincides with the 150th anniversary of Kohler, and is conceptualised to encourage the creator community to build collaborations with the company. As Kohler unveils Bengaluru experience centre, it now has 13 such centres worldwide.

The 10,000-sft Bengaluru KEC (Kohler Experience Centre), which is located prominently at Trinity Circle on MG Road, furthers Kohlerā€™s anniversary theme of ā€˜Come All Creatorsā€™.

David Kohler, chair and CEO at Kohler Co, says that KEC Bengaluru affirms Kohlerā€™s commitment to providing exceptional experiences to customers in India. ā€œWe are celebrating our 150th anniversary and we will continue to serve our customers through dedicated investment, strong distribution and offering unique products for India. The Bengaluru KEC features captivating pieces that Kohler has developed in collaboration with artists from India, USA, Brazil and China. It also boasts of five inspirational suites designed by renowned Indian and international architects, namely Talati and Partners LLP, DSP Design Associates, Miaja Design Group, Fab Designs, and Venkataramanan Associates.

Kohler Unveils Bengaluru Experience Center

Through the experience centre, our vision is to inspire consumers and help them transform their dream into reality.ā€

Chadha explains that the Bengaluru KEC showcases a series of artist-edition sinks, exemplifying Kohler’s passion for collaborating with artists and integrating art into their products. ā€œThese handcrafted decorative sinks go beyond beautiful design; they are made from the finest materials and draw inspiration from cultures and heritages worldwide, making them as unique as their homeowners. Aranya and Quila by Ms Pushpa Kumari and Padma Shri Jai Prakash, respectively, showcase Mithila and Miniature painting styles, leaving a special mark at the forefront of the centre.ā€

Interestingly, the KEC exudes a harmonious fusion of India-inspired hues such as Thunder Grey inspired by the monsoon, Peacock reminiscent of India’s national bird, and Indigo reflecting the essence of natural dye. Further, global finishes like Rose Gold and Matte Black testify to the brandā€™s long association with colours since 1927 for enhancing bath spaces and creating a sense of harmony and joy.

Bengaluru KEC presents fully functional live displays of showers and toilets along with an array of innovative products sourced both globally and regionally. The live area also houses the brandā€™s iconic Statement showering system with its array of spray functions that build immersive environments for rinsing, massaging, and restoring.
