The Dubai Wood Show is one of the major international trade events that provide access to markets of the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region. In its 15th edition, the show will be held from March 16 to 18, at the Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC), UAE.
Key exhibit categories of the show are door and window manufacturing equipment, dust extraction equipment, machines for woodworking, upholstery equipment, wood and panel products, woodworking tools and consumables, finishes and adhesives, fittings and accessories, etc.
In all, the show will encompass the entire wood and woodworking economy. Accordingly, the main visitor categories will be woodworkers, craftsmen, engineers, interior designers, equipment manufacturers, architects, builders, developers and furniture manufacturers.
“We had a chance to re-connect with long-standing clients; attracted new customers as well as established new contacts. More importantly, the show has helped us secure new business prospects not only in the UAE but also in other areas of the ME region,” says Giovanni Masimo, managing director, HOMAG Equipment Machinery Trading LLC.
Talking about numbers, in 2019 Dubai Wood Show had hosted more than 240 regional and international exhibitors with more than 530 brands. The number of participating countries was more than 100, while the number of visitors was above 7,250.
