The ₹150 crore, five-year association will take Seaform Germany’s modular kitchens across multiple Gaurs projects, signalling a move towards portfolio-level sourcing and standardised execution.
The Gaurs Seaform partnership has been expanded through a ₹150 crore agreement covering more than 10,000 kitchens across under-development and forthcoming residential projects over the next five years. The agreement between Gaurs Group and Seaform Germany takes an association tested at a single luxury development and extends it across a significant part of the developer’s residential portfolio.
The rollout will cover The Island by Gaurs, Legacy by Gaurs, Gaur NYC Residences, Gaur Chrysalis and Gaur Alaris. Upcoming projects in Crossing Republik, Sector 129 and Sector 150 are also included in the partnership.
For the kitchen and interiors industry, the significance lies as much in the scale and structure of the procurement as in the value of the transaction. Instead of appointing a kitchen supplier independently for individual developments, Gaurs is extending an established relationship across multiple projects and thousands of homes.
The move also comes as premium housing takes a larger share of residential demand, raising the specification opportunity for kitchens and other interior categories.

Gaurs Seaform Partnership Moves from One Project to Portfolio Level
The relationship between the two companies began at Trecento Residences by Gaurs, where Seaform supplied kitchens and wardrobes. According to Gaurs, the experience at the project provided the basis for expanding the association.
“At the core of every Gaurs project is a commitment to deliver quality that is visible not only in the architecture and amenities but also in the everyday spaces that residents interact with,” said Veshesh Gaur, Director, Gaurs Group.
Gaur said homebuyers are increasingly aspirational about the products and services provided within their homes, and that the Trecento experience demonstrated the value Seaform could bring to kitchens and wardrobes. Extending the partnership, he added, would allow the developer to establish a more consistent benchmark across projects.
This shift is also reflected in the India Interior Trend Report (IITR), which points to a more design- and specification-conscious homebuyer and growing demand for coordinated interior solutions in India’s mid-premium housing market.
That consistency is particularly relevant when kitchen programmes move from hundreds to thousands of units. Design coordination, manufacturing tolerances, logistics and installation all have to work together if specifications are to be replicated across different developments.
Seaform Brings an Integrated Execution Model
The expanded Gaurs Seaform partnership relies on an integrated execution model spanning design, materials, manufacturing and installation.
Seaform positions itself as a single point of responsibility spanning design, materials, manufacturing and installation. Its India operations provide local design and specification support as well as in-house installation teams, while manufacturing is undertaken at its automated facilities in Germany.
Additional research indicates that Seaform’s manufacturing network produces more than 750 customised kitchens a day from facilities in Löhne and Burg, Germany, with exports reaching more than 72 countries through a network of over 1,800 partner studios. The company also has an established Indian presence, including studios and experience centres in Delhi NCR, Mumbai and Pune.
“Successful residential development is increasingly about the quality of the experience delivered within the home,” said Klaus Wartlik, Managing Director, Seaform Germany. He described the expansion to more than 10,000 kitchens as a significant step following the experience of working together at Trecento Residences.
Kitchens Become Part of Strategic Developer Procurement
The Seaform agreement also fits into a wider procurement approach emerging at Gaurs.
The developer has entered into partnerships with TOTO and GROHE for bathroom solutions, K-NEST for shuttering systems and Finland-based Elematic for precast technology. According to Gaurs, these relationships are intended to bring specialised expertise into different parts of construction and interior execution while improving quality, precision, efficiency and consistency.
The Seaform partnership extends that approach into a particularly complex part of the finished home. Unlike a standalone building product, a modular kitchen involves measurement, design, specification, manufacturing, logistics and installation—and ultimately has to perform as an integrated system.
For kitchen manufacturers and suppliers, the scale of the Gaurs Seaform partnership carries a wider message. As developers seek greater differentiation inside the home, kitchens and wardrobes can increasingly become part of strategic procurement at the portfolio level, rather than being treated primarily as project-specific interior packages. The opportunity is therefore not simply to supply more kitchens, but to
demonstrate the design capability, manufacturing capacity, installation infrastructure and process control required to deliver them consistently at scale.
