Klaus Kellner is a lifelong student of operational excellence. He has led the setting up of factories for doors and windows, wooden flooring and furniture across several European countries, besides overseeing the turnaround of loss-making enterprises.
At IKEA Russia, Klaus was responsible for the reorganisation of suppliers, achievement of break-even with 100% of reliability of delivery, budgetary planning, and long-term production planning.
Presently he is a consultant to Kalpakaaru Projects for setting up their new modular kitchen factory in Greater Noida. He is also advising kitchen manufacturing companies in China for achieving higher levels of production and building efficient logistics and organisational structure.
