BSH Home Appliances Introduces Direct2Customer Platform in India

Built-in appliances major BSH Home Appliances has launched its ‘Direct2Customer’ buying facility in a bid to provide consumers with an “exclusive” and premium range of products from Bosch’s global portfolio, the company said in a press statement.

The company will push the Direct2Customer model in the domestic market through its select kitchen dealers. It will kick start the platform with Mumbai followed by other cities with BSH’s established network.

According to the company, the channel will offer consumers not only an opportunity to experience the products physically with a live demo but also with delivery, tracking and installation services from Bosch.

“The new Direct2Customer model will accelerate the easy purchase of products as well as increase access to Bosch’s international product portfolio while giving consumers an opportunity to experiment with world cuisines. Through this new channel/platform, consumers can now experience the brand’s premium product range comprising ventilation, surface, cavity, dish care, refrigeration, coffee makers, induction hobs, warmer drawers and Teppanyaki grills as well as avail offers and promotions across stores where Direct2Customer is available,” Neeraj Bahl, MD & CEO, BSH Home Appliances elaborated.

BSH has introduced the Direct2Customer model in India after launching it in Australia, Spain and New Zealand.
