Hindware has launched Lacasa store in Kerala. The 5,000-sft experiential store will serve architects, interior designers, business buyers as well as homeowners. The store will give them an immersive experience of the entire bathware, lounge and tiles product offerings from Hindware, Hindware Italian Collection, Queo and Hindware Italian Tiles.
Speaking at the launch, Hindware Ltd’s CEO of bath and tiles business Sudhanshu Pokhriyal commented, “With Lacasa stores, we are aiming to empower our customers’ imagination and create their personalised bath spaces with our wide range of product offerings. We plan to open another 18 Lacasa stores in India in 2023.”
Pokhriyal said that Lacasa stores are digitally integrated to help the customers experience the products and crystalise their ideas. “Currently we have 16 brand stores in Kerala and will continue to drive growth for Hindware expanding our experiential footprint in the state.”
According to Pokhriyal, consumers are looking for experiences and not just products or services, and HIndware is responding to this reality through Lacasa. “The South India market offers immense growth potential. The opening of the Lacasa experience centre in Kochi underlines our intent and commitment to serve the discerning consumers in the city, enhance brand familiarity, and bring to the fore advancements that are taking place in the bath and faucets domain.”
