Aparna Enterprises Unispace Mega Store Comes up in Hyderabad

The newest Aparna Enterprises Unispace Mega Store has come up in Miyapur, Hyderabad, which the company describes as Asia’s largest experiential retail destination for home design and building solutions. Spanning 1,05,000 sft across two levels, the showroom brings together more than 20 categories of products — from modular kitchens and wardrobes to bath fittings, tiles, lighting, and façades — under one roof.

According to Aparna Reddy, executive director at Aparna Enterprises Ltd (AEL), the store
embodies the company’s goal of redefining how Indian consumers and professionals choose
building materials. “The Aparna Enterprises Unispace Mega Store is designed as a one-stop
destination where customers can experience every element of home design, supported by
expert consultation,” she said.

Inside the Aparna Enterprises Unispace Mega Store Experience
While speaking at the inauguration last month, Reddy revealed that the Unispace Hyderabad showroom moves beyond conventional retail by offering interactive zones, digital displays, and fully furnished apartment mock-ups. Customers can test modular
kitchens in action, examine sanitaryware installations, and visualise combinations across
flooring, lighting, and wall finishes. The showroom also includes a café, children’s play area,
and EV charging stations to make the visit comfortable and family-friendly.

She added that the location also includes an events area for workshops, architect meets, and trade sessions. “The idea is to make product selection an immersive process rather than a catalogue exercise,” she explained. “We want people to explore, ask questions, and find integrated solutions that match their aspirations.”

Unispace Hyderabad Strengthens Retail Reach
The Miyapur flagship is the fourth Unispace showroom, following earlier stores in Jubilee
Hills, Bengaluru, and Vijayawada. Reddy said the choice of Miyapur was strategic, given its
growing residential and commercial density, metro and ORR connectivity, and proximity to
Hyderabad’s IT corridors. She noted that the building materials sector in India is projected
to grow from $42.6 billion in 2024 to $64 billion by 2033. “We believe the Aparna Enterprises Unispace Mega Store can play a catalytic role in this growth by connecting
professional and retail audiences under one roof.”

Indian Quality Meets Global Design
Reddy said the Unispace concept aligns with the government’s Atmanirbhar Bharat and
Make in India missions, showcasing Indian-made products that meet international standards. “Our manufacturing operations already cover uPVC and aluminium systems,
tiles, façades, and bath solutions,” she said. “Unispace is the retail expression of that
integrated capability.” The store features both Indian brands and international tie-ups,
blending global design sensibilities with local craftsmanship.

The Growing Portfolio
Founded in 1990 as part of the Aparna Group, AEL has evolved into a diversified
manufacturer spanning ready-mix concrete, uPVC and aluminium systems, tiles, façades,
and steel reinforcements. The company attributes its ₹2,000-crore scale to steady
investment in technology and R&D. While AEL has not disclosed retail targets, Reddy said
Unispace will continue expanding to major Indian cities over the next few years. “The
response from architects, developers, and homeowners shows that India is ready for
curated, experiential retail in home design solutions,” she added.

A Hub for Designers and Homeowners
Reddy said that the Unispace Hyderabad store is envisioned as more than a showroom — a
collaborative hub for specifiers, builders, and consumers. “We are building an ecosystem where architects can host workshops, homeowners can discover sustainable materials, and
contractors can explore the latest innovations.” She added that the Aparna Enterprises Unispace Mega Store will serve as a bridge between design inspiration and implementation,
reinforcing the company’s position in India’s evolving home improvement market.
